Practice Plus Group are recruiting to the newly created post of Post Offer Administrator into our established, inclusive and welcoming Secondary Care Team currently based in Theale.
This new role has been created due to the growth and planned expansion of Practice Plus Group, which runs a number of private hospitals and surgical centres across the country offering diagnostics and elective treatment to both NHS and private patients.
This position is on a Bank contract working in a hybrid capacity which would likely be 3 days from home and 2 days in our head office based in Theale.

What you'll be doing
In this role you will provide general Post Offer administrative support within a defined service line and to the wider Health Care division in accordance with business requirements, to include ensuring pre-employment checks are completed in accordance with regulations.
You will provide support for the full pre-employment process, from generating employment offers and contracts to ensuring their HR compliancy in accordance with Practice Plus Group Policies and NHS Employment Check Standards.
You will be support with the new starter administration, this will include issuing offers of employment, drafting contracts, carrying out pre-employment checks and tracking returned documentation ensuring that all new hires have completed adequate pre-employment checks in line with the NHS employment check standards.
Verifying DBS applications, gathering references and ensuring the relevant line management sign off, verifying professional registrations and eligibility to work in the United Kingdom, liaising with the Occupational Health team regarding pre-employment screening and ensuring the relevant line management sign off
You will maintain high levels of efficiency, accuracy and professionalism in all tasks and communications in accordance with defined KPI standards.
Creating electronic employee personal files, ensuring these meet Company, legislative and CQC requirements.
You will need to demonstrate a commitment to customer service excellence through effective communication and responding effectively and speedily to operational requests.
Promoting a positive and professional image of the Post Offer Administration team in telephone, face-to-face and written communication

What we’ll look for in you
- Experience working in an office based administrative department
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Experience of working to short term deadlines on a regular basis
- Understanding of the confidentiality requirements of working in a HR team
- Good IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
- The ability to prioritise a demanding workload effectively in order to meet deadlines whilst maintaining attention to detail
