Business Development Manager
Salary: Upto £60,000 per annum + Package
Location: Remote working with occasional travel to London & Internationally

The Business Development Manager (BDM) develops & executes sales plans to drive new business, focusing on our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) and Specialist Psychological Services.

The Business Development Manager (BDM) develops & executes sales plans to drive new business, focusing on our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) and Specialist Psychological Services.
What you will be doing:
- Conducting business development activities across all channels and geographies to generate leads and sales meetings
- Build and nurture a pipeline of new leads and opportunities
- Proactively seek opportunities through networking, prospecting, sales campaigns, and marketing activities
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to close new business
- Successful proven achievements of sourcing and closing new business
- Excellent commercial & business acumen
- Ideally experience in business development roles within the EAP or the wider Health & Wellbeing industry
