Gloucestershire Wildlife Enterprises currently have vacancies to work in our cafe at Crickley Hill with the possibility of shifts at Robinswood Hill, Gloucester,
We are looking for enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our team. The role involves:

• Making a full range of barista coffees that look and taste great.
• Making fresh food to order and presenting it well: the menus are quite simple and showcase seasonal, local produce and ingredients – previous catering experience would be a bonus, but training will be provided.
• Providing great customer service; always going the extra mile.
• Opening and closing the café premises.
• Cash handling and using the electronic till to take customer orders and payments.
• Completing due diligence and hygiene paperwork.
• Maintaining an excellent standard of cleanliness and organization in the cafes.
• Ordering stock (full training will be provided, but previous experience would be beneficial).
• Being a well-presented face for Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust and promote the charity’s aims (branded uniform is provided).
• Most importantly: being a friendly, enthusiastic and supportive team member.

It may be helpful to have experience of working in hospitality and catering. However, full training will be provided for the right person.
Please note, due to the nature of the work, and potential lone working at times, we are not able to employ under-18s.
We may ask cafe team members to work at other sites from time-to-time.
This role is to cover various shifts across the week including weekends.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
Pay: £12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 – 35 per week
