As a Bank Care Support Worker you will work 11 hours in a 12 hou shift and play a vital role in providing additional support in the care home. You may be providing comfort, reassurance, and assistance to individuals during the nocturnal hours one shift, and then engaging individuals in a variety of enriching activities in the next. You will have the opportunity to not only provide essential personal care throughout, but to monitor residents and support their routines.
