Care Coordinator - Barnet Branch

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the delivery of care services.
• Implement and oversee care rosters, ensuring efficient service delivery by assigning suitable Care Workers to client visits.
• Ensure Care Workers provide high-quality care that meets company standards.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while building positive relationships with clients and staff to maintain a high standard of service.
• Confidentially manage and accurately maintain client records and sensitive information.
• Ensure staff rosters are accurately completed and up-to-date in the staff management system.
• Support the Branch Manager and assist with the day-to-day operations of the branch.

Requirements:

• Care experience is essential.
• A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle are preferred.
• Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
• A team player with excellent customer service skills.
• Flexible and adaptable, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Awareness of key business principles and excellent IT skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
