Care Coordinator - Barnet Branch

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the delivery of care services.
- Implement and oversee care rosters, ensuring efficient service delivery by assigning suitable Care Workers to client visits.
- Ensure Care Workers provide high-quality care that meets company standards.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while building positive relationships with clients and staff to maintain a high standard of service.
- Confidentially manage and accurately maintain client records and sensitive information.
- Ensure staff rosters are accurately completed and up-to-date in the staff management system.
- Support the Branch Manager and assist with the day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Care experience is essential.
- A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle are preferred.
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
- A team player with excellent customer service skills.
- Flexible and adaptable, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Awareness of key business principles and excellent IT skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
