Support Worker Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Work as part of a focused team to meet the personal care needs of residents, respecting their dignity and promoting their independence.
• Ensure that care services are consistently delivered to a high standard, contributing to the well-being of our residents.
• Assist in caring for residents, providing support with daily activities as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a supportive and inclusive environment within the home.
• Undertake other general day-to-day activities as required to support the smooth operation of the home.

Reporting Structure:
Reports to: Nurse/Senior Support Worker
Requirements:

• Caring and patient nature with a genuine desire to help others.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and colleagues.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience as a carer is preferred but not essential.
