Clear Sight Care is a supported living facility based in London borough of Ealing. We are currently recruiting for a MALE ONLY Waking Nights Care Support Worker to bring their experience and enthusiasm to our new venture. We are looking for someone with care experience and a warm, open demeanour. The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ Level 2/3 in Adult Care or equivalent qualification or alternately significant experience in this sector. We are looking specifically for MALE ONLY staff.
This is a flexible role working NIGHT shifts as part of a rota. You must understand and implement a person-centred approach keeping our service users at the heart of everything you do. You will provide the best levels of care possible whiles making sure that all policies and procedures are adhered to. You will work closely with residents, assessing their needs and delivering a care plan tailored to them.
Duties will include:

• Responsible for up to 7 service users.
• Working as part of a team
• Ensuring compliance within the company and with CQC standards
• Tailoring support to the individuals needs to help them achieve their goals and live an independent lifestyle
• Working proactively with other members of the team to handle the service caseload and administrative responsibilities
• Providing care and support as per the Care Plan
• Providing waking night support to service users
• To undertake any other reasonable duties specified by management

Skills and Experience:

• NVQ Level 2/3 in Adult Care or equivalent qualification. Significant experience will also be considered.
• Preferably 1+ years of experience
• Solid understanding of CQC and Care Standards
• Ability to cope positively with challenging and diverse behaviour
