We are looking for a Cash and Treasury Assistant to join our Finance team based in Segensworth. The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate posting and allocation of bank transactions onto the ERP system, for processing payments taken from customers and cash taken on site, for ensuring that cash accounts are regularly reconciled and discrepancies investigated and resolved.
In addition, you will also be responsible for:-

• Posting daily bank reconciliations and point of sale transactions to multiple bank accounts
• Processing supplier payment runs via bulk bank transfers
• Supporting on-site colleagues to reconcile safe and cash accounts on a monthly basis
• Maintaining the pre-paid debit card software including adding/removing users and arranging regular top up requests.
• Posting pre-paid debit card transactions
• Raising and investigating cash discrepancies where applicable

You may be AAT qualified (or equivalent) or studying towards the AAT qualifications and have excellent communication skills as well as a good working knowledge of MSOffice (MSExcel in particular). Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential as is experience working with multiple entities, MS Business Central or Microsoft NAV.
