Buckshaw Retirement Village are currently looking for passionate & enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team at The Grange, based within the beautiful Buckshaw Village, Chorley, Lancaster.
We are looking for Casual Care Assistants/ Housekeepers who will offer and provide quality care to the residents living within The Lodge and maintain a high standard of cleanliness within the community.
The company is unable to sponsor the employment of international workers in this role. You will be required to provide evidence of your right to work in the UK.
Pay & Hours:

• £11.50 per hour
• Casual Basis - As & When required
• Day, night & weekend shifts available

The Role:
We are looking for Casual Care Assistants who can provide a high standard of compassionate and thoughtful care whilst carrying out their daily duties. You will work creatively with the team to provide bespoke care for each individual resident helping maximise their way of living. You will support our residents to maintain their independence by helping with everyday tasks and activities, in line with their individual needs. In addition to ensuring the cleanliness of the home is to the highest standard, the ordering and storing of cleaning products and taking responsibility to minimise the risk of infection within the home. Full training is provided so if you are new to the care sector, we will help you start your journey with confidence.
