Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Cell Leader with HVAC experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of production staff in the pharmaceutical sector and ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of production staff.
  
• Plan and schedule production to meet customer demand and ensure timely delivery of products.
  
• Monitor the quality of work and ensure that all products meet the required standards.
  
• Train and mentor technicians to improve their skills and ensure they are up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques.
  
• Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and quality control, to ensure the smooth operation of the production process.
  
• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure that all safety procedures are followed.
  
• Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  
• Ensure that all equipment and machinery is maintained and serviced regularly to prevent breakdowns and downtime.
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Cell Leader or similar role.
  
• Strong leadership and management skills.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
  
• Understanding of health and safety regulations and procedures.
  
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
