Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Cell Leader with HVAC experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of production staff in the pharmaceutical sector and ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Cell Leader with HVAC experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of production staff in the pharmaceutical sector and ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of production staff.

Plan and schedule production to meet customer demand and ensure timely delivery of products.

Monitor the quality of work and ensure that all products meet the required standards.

Train and mentor technicians to improve their skills and ensure they are up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques.

Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and quality control, to ensure the smooth operation of the production process.

Maintain a safe working environment and ensure that all safety procedures are followed.

Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Ensure that all equipment and machinery is maintained and serviced regularly to prevent breakdowns and downtime.

Proven experience as a Cell Leader or similar role.

Strong leadership and management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Knowledge of HVAC systems and components.

Understanding of health and safety regulations and procedures.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
