Clinical Lead: Empowering Excellence at Nordic Balance

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Clinical Manager to provide mentorship and guidance to the therapy team.
- Ensure seamless implementation of the "Perfect Experience" throughout the patient journey.
- Monitor and evaluate clinical performance, providing coaching and support to therapists.
- Optimize therapist schedules and contribute to the onboarding process for new team members.
- Cultivate relationships with referring doctors and partners to expand our network.
- Champion professional development opportunities for the therapy team.
- Foster a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment within the team.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
- Demonstrated leadership and communication skills within a clinical setting.
- Deep understanding of the therapy field and best practices.
- Unwavering commitment to providing the highest level of patient care.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
- Desire to contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
- This is an employed, full time position
- Competitive salary of up to £55k per year, plus a performance-based bonus.
