Nordic Balance, a leading Southwest London provider of exceptional therapeutic care, seeks a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team. In this critical role, you will play an integral part in fostering a culture of clinical excellence and continuous improvement. You will serve as a vital link between our management team and our dedicated therapists, empowering them to deliver industry-leading patient care.
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Clinical Manager to provide mentorship and guidance to the therapy team.
• Ensure seamless implementation of the "Perfect Experience" throughout the patient journey.
• Monitor and evaluate clinical performance, providing coaching and support to therapists.
• Optimize therapist schedules and contribute to the onboarding process for new team members.
• Cultivate relationships with referring doctors and partners to expand our network.
• Champion professional development opportunities for the therapy team.
• Foster a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment within the team.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
