Are you a cook looking for a new role? Holiday Inn Derby - Riverlights, in Derby city centre, is looking for a new permanent member of the kitchen team, working 40 hours a week with a salary of £23,886 p.a. plus great benefits.
We're looking for a cook who can rustle up delicious and tasty meals for our hotel guests. You'll need to maintain and clean and safe workspace, and be a great team player.
You need to be able to:

• to work in a busy kitchen
• cook & plan for tours and individual guests
• be able to support the team in creating daily specials
• keep in mind cost and stock control
• be aware of allergens and specific requirements on the menu
• be flexible in working breakfast and dinner shifts, midweek and weekends
• demonstrate a 2 years' or more experience in a similar role
