We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Chef to join our busy weddings, events, and golf leisure business.
Hartford Golf Club & Room One, a prestigious Weddings and Events Venue are looking for an experienced Chef to help manage and run the kitchen. This Cheshire based, family run business has grown over the years and has now established itself as a premier wedding and events venue along with its busy day to day lounge service and outdoor catering for both its golfers and visitors.
You will have experience in delivering large catered events along with catering for our day to day trade. This role will involve menu selection and delivery, keeping in line with the latest trends and sourcing the best ingredients and suppliers to ensure that all our customers receive a first class food experience and build on our excellent reputation.

• Food preparation and cooking skills
• Kitchen and culinary experience
• Strong leadership and hospitality skills
• Knowledge of food safety standards
• Experience in supervising and team management
• Previous restaurant and catering experience
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
