At the Priory Hotel you are more than just a member of the team, you are part of an Employee Owned Hotel where you can make a difference. Based in Beauly a picturesque village which lies 12 miles North West of Inverness. The hotel has 37 bedrooms and a busy restaurant, coffee lounge and Bar which services both the local and wider communities.
We are currently looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our busy hotel kitchen. The ideal candidate should be motivated with a keen passion for the industry.
Duties include

• Assisting in basic preparation
• Restocking food areas
• Plating starters and desserts during food service
• Maintaining hygiene standards
• Complying with all Health and Safety procedures

The ideal candidate should:

• Have a good knowledge and understanding of allergens
• Have a keen passion for cooking and baking
• Posses a Level 2 Food and Hygiene Certificate or would be happy to work towards this
• Be experienced in working in a fast pace environment
• Will be flexible towards their work and working hours
• Be able to work as part of a team or work equally well using their own initiative and without supervision

Salary is negotiable depending on age and experience.
Staff accommodation may be available for the right candidate.
