The Cott Inn is situated in Dartington, just outside the mediaeval town of Totnes in the South Hams, the most beautiful part of the West Country. We are a very busy destination country inn, with an enviable reputation for great food. Our produce is of very high quality and locally sourced, which we combine with excellent standards of service to deliver a fantastic guest experience. Alongside our main kitchen we have a separate ‘Garden Kitchen’ opening for the Spring and Summer operation, offering a fresh menu.
We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team. The successful applicant will have experience in a similar role and possess a real passion and flair for food and knowledge of fresh ingredients. The role primarily involves running the larder and pastry section, with input on menu items and the ability to work well under pressure a must
.We are looking for someone with:

This salary position includes a fair share of the tips (divided between all staff). Pay is weekly with reasonable working hours. We offer long term job security and the potential to grow with us.
