- Technology Strategy and Leadership: Develop and execute the technology strategy in alignment with the company’s business goals, ensuring that IT initiatives drive value creation and support growth.
- Innovation and Digital Transformation: Identify and implement innovative technologies and digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency, drive competitive advantage, and support strategic goals.
- IT Infrastructure and Operations: Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, including systems, networks, and applications, ensuring reliability, performance, and security.
- Data and Analytics: Drive data management, governance, and analytics to support business intelligence and decision-making across the organization and portfolio companies.
- Cybersecurity: Develop and enforce cybersecurity strategies and protocols to safeguard the company’s digital assets and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Vendor and Partner Management: Manage relationships with technology vendors and partners, ensuring that service levels, contracts, and deliverables meet organizational needs.
- Portfolio Support: Collaborate with portfolio company leadership to assess and address their technology needs, ensuring alignment with broader investment objectives.
- Change Management: Lead technology-related change management initiatives, including system upgrades, integrations, and process improvements.
- Technology Strategy: Align technology strategy with business objectives, ensuring that IT investments and initiatives support the company’s strategic goals.
- Innovation Leadership: Act as a strategic advisor on technology trends, digital transformation, and IT governance.
- IT Operations: Ensure the efficient and secure operation of IT infrastructure and systems.
- Data Management: Oversee data management practices and analytics to drive business insights and performance.
- Cybersecurity: Implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect the company’s digital assets and ensure compliance.
- Strategic Vision: Strong ability to develop and implement technology strategies that align with business goals and drive innovation.
- Leadership: Proven experience in leading technology teams and managing IT operations within complex and high-growth environments.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity, and digital transformation best practices.
- Vendor Management: Experience in managing technology vendors and partners effectively.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of addressing and resolving technology-related challenges.
- 25 years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a minimum of 5 years as a senior executive in a private equity, asset management, transaction advisory or high-growth environment.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing technology strategies that drive business value and support growth objectives.
- Expertise in IT operations, cybersecurity, data management, and technology innovation.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to align technology initiatives with broader business goals.
- Experience working with C-suite executives and leading cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with portfolio companies in a private equity, asset management or transaction advisory setting.
- Bachelor’s degree, Masters, MBA
- Professional certifications or a related advanced degree.
- Global technology experience, particularly in managing IT functions across multiple regions.
