Due to a period of exciting growth, we are currently looking for a Client Development Administrator to join our Commercial team.
Role Overview

As a Client Development Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Commercial team with various administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include managing data, conducting market research, generating leads, and ensuring the accuracy of our CRM system. This role is ideal for someone who excels in organisation and detail-oriented work, without the need to handle client interactions directly over the phone or on Teams.

- Data Management: Accurately upload and manage client and prospect information in our CRM system, ensuring data is up-to-date and correct.
- Lead Generation: Identify prospects and generate leads through market research and other lead generation strategies.
- Market Research: Conduct detailed research on potential clients, industry trends, and contract opportunities.
- Appointment Booking: Schedule and manage appointments for the Commercial team, ensuring all details are properly recorded and communicated.
- Customer Service: Responding to our company enquiries inbox, andswering FAQs and signposting clients in the right directions
- Administrative Tasks: Work with CSV files, conduct mail merges, and manage large datasets with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to data management, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
- Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, able to engage professionally with colleagues and clients.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively within a team.
- Experience with Office 365: Proficiency in Office 365 applications, with the ability to manage spreadsheets, databases, and mail merges.
- Autonomy: Able to proactively manage own workload from home, trustworthy and responsible.
- Desirable Experience: Experience in the learning & development or apprenticeships sector is advantageous but not essential.
- While the role is remote, the candidate must live within a 2-hour commute of London.
