Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to be responsible for the coordination and administration of domestic courier deliveries and collections and for supporting with the preparation and reconciliation of records for the import and export of goods.
Duties

• Co-ordinate domestic shipment traceability and customer collections, to book and record company courier bookings for third party collections and deliveries.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately while maintaining up-to-date customer records.
• Provide transport companies with the relevant information to ensure customer delivery requirements are met.
• Production of all necessary export paperwork and declarations including commercial invoices, delivery notes and consignment bookings necessary to comply with customs regulations.
• To monitor, record and report on logistics supplier performance as required for our Quality Management System.

Experience

• Experience working in customer/service administration ideally with both domestic and international imports and exports.
• A strong customer-service and administration background.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• An understanding of export and processes would be a distinct advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
