Customer Service (Label production)
We are seeking to recruit a self-driven diligent individual with a positive ‘can do’ attitude who is able to demonstrate first class customer service for our Label print division. The key duties of the role will involve processing customer enquiries and orders, preparing estimates and quotes, plus creating product specifications and works dockets for manufacturing.

Essential Requirements
· Minimum 5 ‘GCSE’ level or equivalent, including grade C Mathematics & English
· Previous experience working in a customer service role preferably within manufacturing environment (minimum 12 months)
· Competent in using Microsoft office applications (Outlook, word & excel)
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Can work on own initiative and as part of a team.
Desirable Requirements
· Knowledge of print / packaging manufacturing
