Lorax EPI are looking to recruit a Client Facing Data Analyst to their growing team. Working at the forefront of our Client Delivery Team, you will be responsible for conducting statistical analysis to identify key trends and insights, loading data into the company's proprietary software, and delivering high-quality reports within tight deadlines.

To be considered for this role, you need at least 1 years of experience within a data analyst role.
In this role, you will be:

• Gather data from customers, ensuring its accuracy and relevance. Perform statistical analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
• Load data into our in-house software platform, generating reports to tight deadlines whilst maintaining high quality assurance.
• Clearly communicate data insights and recommendations through reports and meetings. 
• Provide solutions-based support to customers data needs. 
• Working collaboratively with the wider Client Delivery team.
• Work towards weekly KPI’s and monthly targets; both individually and as a team.
• Provide external audit support for reports generated.
• Maintain and update process notes whilst identifying opportunities for improvement.
