We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our dental office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations. Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the appointment calendar
- Verify insurance coverage and collect patient information
- Assist with billing and payment processing
- Maintain patient records and update as necessary
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Follow up with patients regarding treatment plans, referrals, and other administrative tasks
Skills:
- Proven experience in an office or administrative role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer software, including dental practice management systems
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus
