Job Title: Deputy Manager

Location : Lewisham ( SE12 )
Deputy Manager - Supported Living Units (Salary: £28,000)
Role Overview: As the Deputy Manager, you will play an essential role in ensuring the efficient operation of our supported living units. Working alongside the Registered Manager, you will provide leadership, guidance, and support to our dedicated care team. Your primary focus will be maintaining high standards of care, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering a positive, nurturing environment for both staff and residents.
Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Inspire and motivate the care team to deliver outstanding care.
• Compliance: Ensure all relevant regulations and standards are met.
• Care Planning: Assist in the creation and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits to monitor and enhance service quality.
• Staff Development: Offer training and support to help the team grow and improve their skills.
• Resident Wellbeing: Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for residents.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role within social care, specifically in Learning Disabilities and/or Mental Health.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge: Understanding of supported living services and CQC regulations.
• Desirable: NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
