Deputy Manager
Are you an experienced Deputy Manager looking for your next challenge? We’re launching an exciting new concept and are searching for a high-performing senior Deputy Manager to help lead the way. You’ll already be able to do the day job with ease and have strong people management skills but this role does require a little extra – it's ideal for someone who has extensive Deputy Manager experience but wants to gain more hands-on exposure and play a key role in driving success and shaping the future of our brand. If you're a confident leader with a passion for developing teams, this could be your next step!
Can you…

• Support, coach and mentor your team
• Support the General Manager and work together to create and deliver your vision
• Ensure standards and compliance are continuous in the General Managers absence
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests

To be considered for the Deputy Manager position at Rita’s Beer Hall & Ballroom you must be 18 or over as the roles involves the sale of alcohol.
