Responsibilities

• Support our Manager to oversee daily operations of Bardsey Nursery
• Manage and lead a team of childcare professionals.
• Utilise early childhood education knowledge to create engaging learning environments.
• Communicate effectively with staff, parents, and children.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the nursery.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years Qualification
• Experience with children and nursery settings
• Strong communication skills
• Leadership and management abilities
