Are you an experienced children's home deputy manager? Then we are looking for you, my client is looking for a Deputy Manager that is ambitious and wants to climb through the ranks. You would start as a deputy manager with the view of taking over from the interim RM in the near future.
Salary: £37,000 per year minimum
Essential requirements for a Children's Home Deputy Manager:

• A minimum 12 months supervisory experience in a children's residential care home
• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
• A full driving licence issued in the UK
• Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
• In depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations, expectations and best practice
• Values in line with Esland's, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare
• Due to industry regulations, applicants must be aged 21 or above
