If your answers are yes, then we have an exciting opportunity in Liverpool, at our nursing home, The Hamlets. The successful applicant, will assist our fantastic Registered Manager in the day-to-day management of The Hamlets Nursing Home and will deputise in the absence of the Manager.
The future is exciting for The Hamlets, and we are looking for applicants who are are looking for that opportunity to make a real difference to our team. We don't currently have a rigid working pattern in mind but on commencing you will agree your hours with the Registered Manager. These hours will flex across a 7 day week, to provide the best service possible for our client group and are likely to include a minimum of 2 weekend days per month and some visibility of our night shift.
Key skills and qualifications include:

• RGN/RMN with current pin (Essential)
• Experience of working in a care home setting (Essential)
• Good leadership skills (Essential)
• High attention to detail with excellent monitoring skills (Essential)
• Demonstrable experience of working with adults with mental health challenges (Desirable)

You should be motivated and focused on development. It is important that our managers have empathy and are aligned with the ethos of the charity. This is the ideal role for someone who has experience in Come and grow with us.
