How will you be making a difference?
- Craft clear, compelling, and engaging copy for various digital platforms, including the company website, blog, email, social media channels and internal intranet.
- Collaborate with our product managers, speech therapists and AAC specialists across the company to create technical articles, how-to guides, and campaigns to support product launches, our training courses, and new features in our flagship Grid AAC software.
- Develop case studies that showcase how people are using our technology to communicate and achieve their ambitions.
- Plan and execute digital campaigns that align with the broader marketing and PR activity, to drive engagement and generate leads.
- Manage the email content calendar, developing templates and campaigns that are consistent, on-brand, and tailored to our audiences and key customers.
- Manage our email audiences and approach to segmentation and retargeting campaigns, regularly A/B testing and optimising content.
- Develop automation workflows, ensuring that communications are timely and personalised for each customer journey. Monitor and analyse the performance of automated campaigns, making adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Produce monthly reports monitoring email campaign performance, KPIs and competitor activity and use insights to make recommendations.
- Create visual assets, banners and promotional materials – including graphics for social media, email campaigns, website, product presentations and digital flyers.
- Film, edit and subtitle videos, from reels to longer-form videos for our websites, learning platform and internal channels.
- Stay updated with industry and training trends, digital marketing best practices, and competitor activity and messaging to help inform content strategies.
Essential Qualifications/skills/experience
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adopt the company ‘voice’ and create content for a range of audiences
- Ability to create long and short-form content for a range of online channels including video, website, social media and email.
- Experience researching and writing blog content or editorial
- Experience using Mailchimp, or a similar email marketing platform
- Experience using CRM platforms for lead nurturing, such as Microsoft Dynamics, Hub Spot or Salesforce
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- A passion for digital design, presentation, and excellent attention to detail
- Basic image creation and video editing skills.
- Experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud
- Good IT skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience using analytical tools
- Willingness to undertake a variety of marketing tasks and support the wider team
- Self-motivated and a desire to learn

Useful Qualifications/skills/experience
- CIM/CIPR qualification or degree in a related field
- Video creation and editing skills
- Graphic design and photography skills
- Experience working with podcasts
- Excellent knowledge of email marketing strategies
- Knowledge of SEO best practice
- Knowledge of accessibility best practice
- Experience working in the health, social care or education sector
Additional information:
- This is a hybrid role based in Bristol, with the requirement to come into the office twice a week.
- The salary for this position will be determined based on the applicant's education, skills and experience.
