Job Overview:
This role in the digital, security, and insights team will involve assisting in digital projects, including website updates, new functionalities, and database creation. Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining user-friendly, functional websites, while contributing to the development of Vape Aware. The role also includes assisting to provide first-line IT support for email, Microsoft Office 365, and other software, escalating complex issues when needed

What you’ll need:
· Experience in SQL or other similar database design and management.
· Familiarity with website design and development tools (e.g., HTML, CSS).
· Experience with content management systems.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
· Openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
· Prior experience in a digital team or similar role, particularly in database management.
· Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.
· Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements.

Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with other team members to manage digital projects, including website updates, new functionalities and database integration
· Assist with the planning and implementation of digital projects to ensure online presence
· Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of company websites to ensure they are user-friendly, visually appealing, and fully functional.
· Collaborate with the digital team to implement design changes, improve user experience, and optimise website performance.
· Troubleshoot and resolve website functionality issues
· Ensure website compatibility across different browsers, devices, and platforms.
· Design and develop database either using SQL or other database tools which can be displayed on a website
· Write queries to extract, update and manage data
· Work with team to ensure compatibility with website, css, security and integrity
· Assist in providing support for email and software related issues e.g. Microsoft office 365
· Assist in the first line of IT support for the organisation
· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating higher where needed
