Stonegate Group is looking for a Digital Projects Executive to join our fabulous Digital team, supporting the Digital Marketing Manager for Projects with administration and coordination of all ongoing digital marketing activities. The Digital Projects Executive will be managing incoming digital briefs and their administration, as well as maintenance of our digital briefing process. There will also be involvement in other projects that are created by or assigned to the Projects team.
You'll be :

• Happy to use Trello to manage incoming digital briefs, ensuring clarity and completeness for ease of execution
• Developing digital plans for the Digital team, sharing to Commercial team for review, and facilitate communication regarding any inquiries or issues related to the digital plan.
• Creating digital asset briefs and coordinating with the Design Studio for execution, oversee the timely completion of assets, and ensure seamless sharing with the Digital team.
• Collaborating closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and other team members to implement and execute projects aimed at enhancing Stonegate's internal and external digital initiatives.
• Assisting in monitoring project timelines and milestones.
• Supporting in gathering and organising project-related data and documentation.

We're looking for a graduate (Ideally Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field) or equivalent experience to use their project management experience and knowledge of Trello to join the team and help ensure our Digital Projects flow simply and on time.
