Director of Revenue and Reservations

As the Director of Revenue and Reservations at The Cadogan Hotel you will play a pivotal role in our Senior Management Team. You will be responsible for devising, implementing and continuously monitoring our revenue and reservations strategy to maximise sales and optimise Rev Par. In addition to this the role will conduct market research to guide sales / revenue processes and stay abreast of the latest in revenue management trends as well as manage, develop and support the on-site Reservations team

Primary Responsibilities Include

To maximise all sales opportunities to ensure budgeted hotel profitability is achieved or exceeded
To manage the PMS / CRS system maintenance including but not limited to: rate builds, system configuration and enhancement management
To manage the GDS and own website standard content management including but not limited to: maintaining to date HODs, long and short descriptions, room and rate type returns and packaging
To prepare and collate daily, weekly and monthly required reports as well as facilitate when needed ADHOC reporting
To conduct daily verification of data relating to hotel activity, occupancy rate, rooms sold, average rate etc, in order to establish a sales forecast and adjust the pricing policy where applicable
To assist in compiling the annual budget for rooms

Requirements
What You Bring:

Proven experience in Revenue Management including managing a team, setting and adhering to budgets, working to guidelines and standards and day to day operations
Experience in a similar Revenue and Reservations role for a minimum of 4 years
Change management experience
A dynamic and curious personality that strives for excellence
Excellent communication, emotional intelligence and leadership skills
