We’re looking for an experienced Domestic Assistant to join our St Marys Group Team at our brand new service due to open December 2024 Your passion for the highest quality care and the kindness to want to make a difference to the lives of individuals is essential to your success in this role.
Our homes provide a range of care and support services for our residents, some of whom live with dementia.
St Marys colleagues make a major difference in residents’ lives, providing the highest standard of person-centred care and support, to help maintain their independence.
Domestic Duties to include but not limited to: -
· Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness in all areas of the Home, whilst respecting residents and their care
· Using a variety of cleaning products, ensuring COSHH regulations are applied
· Being comfortable communicating with Residents, their families and also working as part of a team
· Good interpersonal skills are essential given it is all about our residents.
· Have an awareness of Health and Safety procedures.
