We are looking for a Door Supervisor to join our team and help ensure the safety and security of our premises. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the entry and exit of guests, ensuring that all guests follow the rules and regulations of the establishment, and responding to any incidents or emergencies. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing a safe environment for our guests.
Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety and security of customers and staff.
• Monitor the premises for any suspicious activity.
• Enforce the rules and regulations of the premises.
• Assist with crowd control.
• Be alert to any potential threats or hazards.
• Respond to emergency situations in a timely manner.
• Check identification of customers to ensure they are of legal age.
• Provide customer service when necessary.

PAYE preferred however, can with self employed.
Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: £12.00-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 5 per week
Schedule:

• Every weekend
• Night shift
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Leicester, Leicestershire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Door Supervision: 3 years (required)

Language:

• English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• SIA (required)
• Driving Licence (preferred)
• First Aid Certification (required)

Work authorisation:

• United Kingdom (required)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (preferred)

Work Location: In person
