We are entering an exciting phase of business growth and are looking for a conscientious like-minded people to join our team. You will be working from our clinics and providing domiciliary support to our patients where required. Role Requirements:

• Full time
• 5 day work week, scheduled between Monday - Saturday (37.5hrs)

Customer Service

• Listening and supporting our patients by giving good clear advice, explaining suitable products & offers whilst understanding company procedures.
• Maintain delivery of excellent customer service at all times, playing a valuable part of a customer journey & successful team.

Clinical

• Carrying out patient care through Ear Wax Removal or other procedures as clinically appropriate.

About You:
For this role, we accept applications from individuals both with or without healthcare experience. This role requires travel between our clinic sites as defined by the job role. Therefore a driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role.
Schedule:

• 7.5 hour shift (9AM – 5.15PM)
• Day shift

Working Hours: 37.5 Hours per week
Education:

• GCSE or equivalent (essential)

Experience:

• Ear Wax Removal: 1 year (preferred, but not essential)

Requirements
· Full UK Driving License
· Right to live and work in the UK
· DBS Clearance - Upon completion
· Ability to travel to home visits
