What will your daily activities look like?

• As a Educator Practitioner Level you inspire children under your care and collaborate with your team, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for everyone whilst working to the EYFS curriculum.
• Ensure the learning environment provides consistent stimulation and engaging activities for the children across indoor and outdoor areas.
• To work flexibly as part of the larger team, assisting and supporting colleagues wherever required to ensure the smooth running of the nursery.
• Develop a bond with your key children supporting colleagues to fulfil their key person responsibilities sensitively.
• Cooperate and work effectively with the team to positively promote policies and with the junior members of the team.
• Ensure child welfare, protection, health and safety and safeguarding procedures and policies are always followed.
• A concise job description will be shared at the interview stage.

What do we need from you?

• Minimum Level 3 in Childcare
• First Aid Training
• At least 18 months, recent working experience in a daycare setting
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• A positive role model to both your team and children
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS
• Satisfactory Enhanced DBS check and references
