Ecommerce Product Lead
Le Mieux has an exciting opportunity for an e Commerce Product Lead looking for a new challenge in a fast-growing global equestrian company.
We have an ambitious vision and are looking to add to our 170-strong HQ team to achieve it. Reporting to the Ecommerce Manager and head of Ecommerce, you will have a significant impact on our expansion with a specific focus on helping us deliver and amazing ecommerce experience.
Key Responsibilities

• Leading the creation of product pages on the website to support new product launches, marketing campaigns and seasonal launches.
• Working collaboratively with the Merchandising, Data and Design teams, being the go between product and commerce to enable the creation of exceptional product pages.
• Optimising the customer experience within each product page, improving the shopping experience at every touch point, category by category.
• Becoming the e Com team’s expert on product, including product collections, data, features, customer needs, plus the calendar of launches and trading plans.
• Ensuring on time creation of products and perfect accuracy in the online shopping experience with regards to product info, merchandising, navigation and categorisation.
• Maintenance of B2C and B2B websites as necessary including updating product, listing, category and content pages as well as the navigation.

Requirements

• A passion for horses and the equestrian world is essential.
• Experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or sales is preferred but not essential.
• Attention to detail; as a brand it’s important that our website is beautiful, but also up to date and accurate. One without the other is meaningless.
• The ability to analyse and understand data to review and report on the impact of your work.
• Ambition. This is a rapidly growing business, and we want staff that can grow with us.
• You must be a technology friendly person, and comfortable working with software systems.

Please note this position is based full-time, Monday to Friday, from our East Wellow office near Romsey. We passionately believe in building strong team bonds and really value the effective collaboration that working together in person brings.
