Gibbons & Co Construction is a reputable construction firm dedicated to delivering high-quality services across the Midlands. We are looking for a skilled Electrician to join our expanding team. Our projects range from residential to commercial properties, providing a stable and rewarding work environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in residential and commercial properties.
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications to determine the layout of electrical systems.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with the latest regulations and safety standards.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults and issues promptly.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems within overall projects.
- Conduct regular inspections and testing of electrical installations.
- Proven experience as an electrician, with a strong understanding of electrical systems.
- Relevant qualifications, such as City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent.
- Knowledge of the IET Wiring Regulations and health and safety practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites.
Pay: £32,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
