Our projects range from residential to commercial properties, offering a stable and rewarding work environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out all aspects of damp proofing in residential and commercial buildings.
• Diagnose and rectify damp issues, including rising damp, penetrating damp, and condensation problems.
• Apply appropriate damp proofing systems, such as injection damp proof courses, membrane installation, and tanking.
• Work collaboratively with other tradespeople on site.
• Ensure all work meets high-quality standards and complies with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in damp proofing or similar roles.
• Ability to accurately assess and diagnose damp problems.
• Knowledge of industry-standard damp proofing techniques and materials.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• CSCS card is preferred but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £32,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
