Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sales / damp surveyor to join our dynamic team. Experience in the damp proofing trade is needed. As a Damp Surveyor, you will play a vital role in inspecting properties for damp and moisture-related issues, diagnosing the causes, and recommending effective solutions. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough surveys, generating detailed reports, and liaising with clients to provide expert advice and guidance.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive damp surveys on residential and commercial properties.
• Sell our services and convert quotes to jobs.
• Identify and assess damp-related issues and their causes.
• Generate detailed survey reports with recommended solutions.
• Provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient project management.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.

Requirements:

• Experience in surveying, property or a similar trade
• Knowledge of damp-related issues and their solutions.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• A valid driver's license.
• Valid Right to Work in the UK
