We are seeking a skilled Refurbishment Specialist to join our team at Gibbons & Co Construction. The ideal candidate will have expertise in refurbishing kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and other residential spaces for our valued customers.
Responsibilities:

• Carry out complete property refurbishments, including kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom installations.
• Conduct repairs, upgrades, and replacements to ensure high-quality finishes.
• Collaborate with the design team and clients to ensure projects meet client specifications.
• Safely use a variety of hand and power tools to complete refurbishments.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in refurbishing residential properties, including kitchen and bathroom installations.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent craftsmanship.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes.
• Valid UK driving licence preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

• Monday to Friday
