The Role:
The purpose of this role is to be responsible for delivering an exceptional level of customer care by pro-actively maintaining and growing several customer accounts.
Roles and Responsibilities:

• Taking customer orders over the phone.
• Receiving incoming calls from customers and clients.
• Taking orders from the answer machine.
• Resolving customer queries.
• Completing all sales and order administration.
• Using existing company reports to maximise sales.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Competent IT Skills
• Good communication skills with excellent telephone manner
• Enthusiastic
• Motivated
• Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative
• Must be flexible
