Thank you for your interest in the role of Exams Invigilator at The Milton Keynes Academy.
We are seeking flexible and well organised individuals to join us on a casual basis, to start as soon as possible. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, an attention to detail, abide by necessary examination regulations and the ability to use their own initiative. Experience of working in a school environment and some knowledge of the ‘Instructions for the Conduct of Examinations’ produced annually by the JCQ (Joint Council for Qualifications) would be advantageous, but not required.
There are no set contracted hours. Hours and days will vary according to the Academy’s exam timetable. Availability may be required between the hours of 8am and 3pm, Monday to Friday.
MKA is based in central Milton Keynes, an area that continues to grow and thrive at a rapid rate. The Milton Keynes Academy joined Creative Education Trust in September 2018. This has enabled the school to continue its rigorous pursuit of rapid improvement for the children it teaches.

The Milton Keynes Academy is a co-educational, non-selective secondary school for students aged 11-18. We are a member of the Creative Education Trust, a charity and multi-academy trust with a network of non-selective primary and secondary state schools.
