Role Description
This is a full-time role for an NQ Family Solicitor or a very experienced Paralegal who is used to having their own caseload. The ideal candidate will have a passion for serving clients and a desire to expand his or her knowledge of Family. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional with outstanding communication and analytical skills.
The ideal candidate will:

• Be responsible for having their own case load in a wide range of areas of Family Law from start to finish.
• Strong IT skills – proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook/Case Management Systems
• Will have excellent communication and drafting skills
• Experience in working under pressure with a high volume of cases
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and with other legal professionals and are able to work independently
• Have experience in drafting client care letters/forms/witness statements/preparing Court bundles
• Experience in legal aid is preferred but not a necessity
• Carrying out own advocacy is a plus
• Fluency in one or more additional languages (other than English) is a plus
