About the role
As a Family Liaison Coordinator, you will act as a point of contact between our residents and their families, and the home, by providing support and guidance to them during difficult and challenging times. You will also be required to support the Home Administrator and Hospitality Manager in day to day tasks.Reports to: Home Manager
Skills and attributes
• Relevant experience working in a similar role in a healthcare setting.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Knowledge and understanding of current healthcare legislation, policies, and procedures.
• A passion for delivering exceptional person-centered care.
• A positive and empathetic approach to working with residents and their families.
• A commitment to continuous professional development and learning.

- Pay:: £28,000 per year
- Type: Permanent
- Shift: Mixed (Weekdays/Weekends)
