About F&B Attendant role
You will need to have experience of working in a restaurant or room service within a hotel or restaurant background and ideally have knowledge of Food Safety and Allergens Awareness. You will be passionate about food; have a welcoming personality; have great communication skills; be a team player.
The successful F&B Attendant will undertake the following duties:
· Taking orders and assisting guests
· Know F&B menu and be able to make recommendations
· Know all F&B related promotions
· Responsible for food service
· Provide a high level of customer service
· Manage payment transactions
· Assist in the receipt of deliveries
· Quality-check our stock
· Maintain all the Health & Safety requirements within the department related to food, cleanliness, etc.
F&B Attendant skills and requirements
· Exceptional customer care skills.
· Ability to work in a busy environment
· Ability to maintain good working relationships with colleagues across the hotel
· Constantly improve knowledge and show a desire to learn, attend company’s trainings
· Take a responsible approach towards timekeeping
· Maintain high levels of enthusiasm and commitment to every task undertaken
· Good communication skills
· Proficiency in English Language is strongly preferred
