We are looking for a Care Field Supervisor for our Newbury Branch to look after our clients and take on-call responsibilities on a rota schedule.
You will have the support of the Registered Manager and Administration Staff.
£15.00 per hour
Main Duties:

• Providing care to our clients
• On call responsibilities including direct cover of care calls if unable to cover to ensure the safe delivery of the service
• Responsible & accountable for the safe delivery of services in line with legislative requirements and company policy and procedures
• Maintain full and accurate records and reporting systems in accordance with legal requirements
• Accountable for quality management including effectively managing complaints and incidents
• Regular reviews for clients and staff
• Attend external meetings and represent the service in a positive manner
• Ensuring up to date training for all staff and adhere to the training matrix

Required competencies:

• Applicants MUST have NVQ level 2 as a minimum
• Previous care experience - essential
• Management experience - highly desirable
• People management skills
• Quality driven ethos
• Excellent personal skills
• Passionate about delivering high-quality care
• Valid driving licence and vehicle
