NOV Process Systems is seeking a dynamic and experienced OPUS Field Optimisation Manager to join our team. This role requires a customer-centric approach and a deep understanding of process equipment and Oil & Gas production operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Act as the primary company representative at client sites, addressing plant and equipment operational concerns.
• Technical Leadership: Lead technical meetings, perform site assessments, and generate audit and recommendation reports.
• Problem Solving: Coordinate quotation and execution activities to identify and resolve root causes of process challenges and inefficiencies.
• Process Engineering Expertise: Apply knowledge in process engineering and technologies associated with Oil & Gas production, including multi-phase separation, produced water treatment, sand handling, seawater treatment, gas treatment (dehydration and sweetening), and hydrate inhibition packages.
• Technology Focus: Work at the component level with technology, utilizing a solid understanding of fluid dynamics and chemistry.
• Team Collaboration: Maintain close communication and collaboration with the wider Brownfield support team.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Chemical or Process Engineering is preferred.
• Extensive experience in Oil & Gas production operations.
• Proven knowledge and practical experience with process equipment.
• Strong technical understanding of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and control aspects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and manage technical meetings and client interactions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing operational concerns.
