Field Marketing Manager - EMEA

- Pioneer and implement agile field marketing strategies tailored to the EMEA region, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives while swiftly adapting to market needs and trends.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand market needs and create targeted campaigns that drive lead generation and pipeline growth.
- Organize and manage events, trade shows, webinars, and other field activities to enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
- Work closely with the digital marketing and sales team to support ABM campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of regional marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers, partners, and key stakeholders in the EMEA region.
- Evaluate the expansion of additional sponsorships including events and trade publications.
- Ability to craft messaging and ads to support localized ad campaigns
- Enterprise and HR Technology experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the EMEA region.
- Strong understanding of the EMEA market dynamics.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful field marketing campaigns.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience using marketing automation and CRM tools (ie. Salesforce, Hubspot, Marketo, Monday.com, Asana, Goldcast)
- Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize marketing performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel within the EMEA region as required.
