- Travel time paid at £11.44

- Collaborate with the Care Coordinator to efficiently organise and manage care rotas, ensuring optimal service delivery.
- Conduct initial assessments for new service users to design personalised care packages, followed by regular evaluations to ensure ongoing quality.
- Facilitate introductions between new carers and clients, providing comprehensive training on the practical aspects of care delivery.
- Deliver direct care visits as needed, dedicating at least 50% of your working hours to hands-on support for clients.
- Provide after-hours "on-call" support in rotation with senior staff, ensuring continuous care availability.
- Conduct quality assurance visits as assigned by the Registered Manager, contributing to the maintenance of high care standards.
- Perform NVQ assessments for carers once appropriately qualified, fostering professional development and skill enhancement.
