Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented Florist to assist with our corporate Christmas installations at various locations across central London. This temporary role is an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity and floral design skills during the festive season.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create beautiful floral arrangements for corporate events, ensuring each installation aligns with our clients’ visions.
• Collaborate with clients and event professionals to bring concepts to life.
• Utilize your knowledge of seasonal flowers and foliage to maintain freshness and aesthetic appeal.

Requirements:

• Proven Experience: At least 3 years of experience in floral design, specifically in event or wedding floristry.
• Creativity and Design Skills: Strong creative flair with an eye for current design trends.
• Floral Knowledge: In-depth understanding of various flowers, foliage, and their seasonal availability, along with care and handling techniques.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration with clients and vendors.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently under pressure.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends and evenings, as dictated by event schedules.
