To deliver an excellent customer experience and contributing to the financial success of the department in all locations.
- Provide excellent customer service at every contact point to all customers
- Take payment and keep financial records as required
- Ensure the company’s cash handling procedures are followed
- Restock goods and ensure appropriate displays of merchandise
- Clean and keep tidy front of house areas, crockery and cutlery
- Report to line manager any feedback, complaints, suggestions, stock needs, breakages, faults or hazards identified during the course of the work
- Keeps due diligence records as required
- Complete opening and closing checks. May be required to follow opening and closing procedures
- Follows food hygiene and safety procedures in line with the company’s health and safety requirements
- Undertake relevant training as required
