Role Specifics
  • Rate of pay age dependant

  • Predominantly evenings required over Christmas Season
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
To deliver an excellent customer experience and contributing to the financial success of the department in all locations.
  • Provide excellent customer service at every contact point to all customers
  • Take payment and keep financial records as required
  • Ensure the company’s cash handling procedures are followed
  • Restock goods and ensure appropriate displays of merchandise
  • Clean and keep tidy front of house areas, crockery and cutlery
  • Report to line manager any feedback, complaints, suggestions, stock needs, breakages, faults or hazards identified during the course of the work
  • Keeps due diligence records as required
  • Complete opening and closing checks. May be required to follow opening and closing procedures
  • Follows food hygiene and safety procedures in line with the company’s health and safety requirements
  • Undertake relevant training as required
